How do I use the Cashmere Bar?
- We recommend that you use our bar to target affected areas first. Can the Cashmere Bar be used for full-body use? Yes, our bar can be used for your entire body.
Is the Cashmere Bar safe for internal use?
- No, it is for external use only.
Does the Cashmere Bar cause body dryness?
- In some cases, the Cashmere Bar may cause temporary dryness. Do not worry; simply pair it with a non-pore-clogging facial moisturizer. Also, you can add our Hunnii Body Butter to lock in moisture on the body.
Is it normal to break out after using the Cashmere Bar for the first time?
- Yes, the Cashmere Bar's sole purpose is to draw out impurities in your skin. It will extract toxins and impurities from your skin. If you notice that the acne persists for more than 60 days, discontinue use.
Why are the bars in different colors each time?
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot control the final color of the bar. However, this does not affect the ingredients or the potency.
Why is my bar ashy?
- Soda ash forms when lye reacts with naturally occurring carbon dioxide in the air. It does not affect the final bars, and the soap is safe to use.
How long does each Cashmere Bar last?
- Depending on usage, the bar can last approximately three weeks for spot treatment and two weeks for full-body use.
How often do you restock?
- We restock our website monthly.
How long is shipping?
- Business days are Monday-Friday.
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after purchase, and shipping time depends on the courier.
- Once the package has been picked up by the courier, it's out of our hands. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, be sure to check your spam and junk mail. If you still have not received a confirmation email, please email us at info@ndskincare.com for a shipping update.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
- Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. No exceptions!
Will I receive a tracking number?
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
- At this time, we only ship within the US.
*Please be advised that shipping times may be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales, and special promotions. If we are unable to validate your shipping address, we will notify you, and your order will be canceled and refunded to you. If your order is returned to the sender due to an error on our part, you will be refunded (minus the shipping cost).
Refunds/Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds; however, we do offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis if we find we are at fault. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please send photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
